Braga should be odds-on to beat Celtic tonight. At evens I make them a decent bet.

I want to rejoice in Celtic's capitulation, but I don't want the Niels-Nelson combos that will inevitably ensue when Liverpool's kids lose 4-0 to Rabbitnadinski tomorrow.

From World Cup final to Europa League qualifiers. Pffaahh, summer is, like, OVER! Wake me up when we get to the stage where we're facing pronounceable clubs.

My god are Celtic going to be hilarious this year. Rangers are going to walk the league despite not having bought a player in a decade. Just how badly are Celtic run? I remember a while back, Arsenal were desperately trying to sign Lawwel, who eventually ended up choosing to become Chief Executive at Celtic, and we went for Ivan Gazidis instead. We might have dodged a bullet there.

WHY!? If you have :niels: 'd us, I swear I will make you eat your hat. Rangers are going to be lucky if we start this season with 11 players.

And they will still be better than anything those clowns in green can put out.

Signed under Rafa but he's a winger... and English! Sell him to Man City for £25m, you know you want to.

I have never been as despondent about the start of a football season as this one. Our captain is a cunt and his head has been turned. We are woefully short (in numbers and height) in the center of the defense, and in the holding midfield role. We are are already short of numbers in attack as well as midfield. I have never looked forward less to a football season in my life. This year we will finish below spurs, and I will never watch football again. Can someone teach me the rules of cricket? I sense a lot of spare time in my hear future.

Gadajs, you are such a pessimist. This is the time of year when everyone can and should have good expectations of their teams success, as unrealistic as they may be.

Nonsense. We are doomed to a season of mediocrity and ridiculous excuse making, which will probably end with one of our best manager ever resigning in disgrace, and our best players getting cherry picked by the ancienne regime of the Bernabeu/Nou Camp or the nouveau riche arrivistes up north. Optimism is overrated.

Mega fucked indeed. The only keeper we have been linked with is Schwarzer, and that deal is pretty much over, since Mark Hughes is a Cunt, and will not sell him to us. Which means that we are in all probability going to start the season with Fabianski in goal. I can already see this happening:

Andy Gray from the future wrote:
And with 15 minutes to play, Arsenal are still ahead thanks to that Arshavin goal after a good one two with Nasri. Diaby loses the ball carelessly in midfield, and the ball drops to Gerrard, who takes 2 strades forwards and takes a speculative shot from 35 yards out WHAT A HOWLER BY FABIANSKI.

Actually, Martin Tyler is the one who calls the play-by-play, Andy Gray would come in later with his laptop and magic pencil and draw a big circle around Fabianski to show where it all went wrong.

Oh sod off MB, he could have shut Barca up at any time with one word, but didn't. He does not wont to be at the club, end of story. We pilloried Ronaldo and John Terry for doing exactly the same thing, except those 2 had the grace to lead their clubs to, you know, actual trophies.

Also, after watching this friendly against Milan, Wenger really needs to fuck off as well. We are the same squad that has exactly same deficiencies as last year, and the year before, and the year before. Hurray for 3rd if we are lucky.

And what do you expect e to do except whinge? Pop out my chequebook and actually sign a tall center half and a keeper? Wear a green and gold scarf? Fuck off. I am a supporter, whinging is my god given right and duty.

From twitter, re: Inter Milan / Man City friendly in Baltimore:

Wenger agrees with Gadjers: Wenger calls on Fábregas to put an end to Barcelona speculation

Er, do you guys want to tell Arsene or shall I?

Also, it's a good job trots bailed before this bullshit new homegrown rule comes into effect - he'd do his nut.
